Mgr. Ing. Václav Novotný

Managing director and statutory representative

Václav has been the managing director and statutory representative at Advanced Risk Management, s.r.o. since 1999. His main task is to manage the company and to personally ensure the delivery of key services. Václav has a thorough knowledge of the banking environment, bank regulations and has long-term experience with financial risk management. Václav specializes in the assessment of quality of processes and procedures, assessment of quality requirements for risk measurement and risk management models and quality of organizational structures. 

From 1994 Václav worked at Česká pojišťovna a.s. Starting at the Department of Liquidity Management he progressed to the Department of Financial Institutions before rising to the head of Department of Portfolio Administration. Václav graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University and the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics.  

Ing. Magdaléna Věříšová

Manager of consulting services

Since 2023, Magda has been a manager of consulting services at Advanced Risk Management, s.r.o., where she previously worked as a senior analyst. Her main task is to lead the consulting team and manage consulting projects.

Magda has extensive experience in creation, revision and audit of risk management methodologies. She also specializes in developing mathematical and statistical models, implementation of risk management systems and data analysis.

Magda graduated from the University of Economics in Prague.

Mgr. Klára Kubátová

Manager of software services

Since 2018, Klára has been a manager of software services at Advanced Risk Management, s.r.o., where she is primarily responsible for management of development of the database application CADCalc^® Market and related analysis of clients’ requirements. Klára has experience with software development and implementation under the agile methodology with SCRUM Master certification as well as under the traditional waterfall approach. Klára graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University. She worked as a business analyst at Adastra, s.r.o., and as actuarial mathematician at AEGON Pojišťovna, a.s.

Karolína Krásová

Account Manager

Karolína has been an account manager of Advanced Risk Management, s.r.o., since 2012 and cares of our clients. Her main task is to keep in touch with our long-term clients in order to make them feel good with us and establish relationships with potential clients. Karolína is responsible for designing of the company’s business strategy and searching for business opportunities on the market.
