Guidelines on Loan Origination and Monitoring

The seminar Guidelines on Loan Origination and Monitoring is organized as an open seminar for employees from different institutions and also as an in-house seminar organized for employees of clients with tailor made requirements.

Objectives of the seminar

This half-day seminar will guide you through the final document - Guidelines on Loan Origination and Monitoring (EBA/GL/2020/06), which focus on improving procedures, processes and management in connection with the provisioning of loans. The requirements arising from these guidelines will be applied on 30 June 2021. During the seminar, we will focus on those areas that seem to be the most problematic for the practical functioning of banks, and we will discuss the best ways how to meet relevant regulatory expectations.

The seminar is intended primarily for risk managers, managers and specialists of the credit risk department, as well as for internal auditors and compliance.
