Project Risk Management

The seminar Project Risk Management is organized as an open seminar for employees from different institutions and also as an in-house seminar organized for employees of clients with tailor made requirements.

Objectives of the seminar

The course focuses on providing guidance on identifying project risks, various ways and methods of measurement of project risks and their subsequent management and reporting. The seminar also demonstrates how to appropriately define the powers and responsibilities of individual project participants to enable effective project risk management. Models are used during the seminar to present examples of correct and incorrect management of project risks.
