Controlling in Practice

The seminar Controlling in Practice is organized as an open seminar for employees from different institutions and also as an in-house seminar organized for employees of clients with tailor made requirements.

Objectives of the seminar

The seminar acquaints participants with the basic rules and procedures of controlling. Using practical examples, it explains the essence of controllor's activities and the key rules of controlling and reporting. Participants will learn how to retrospectively evaluate the performance of the institution, the basic rules of cost calculations and project controlling.

For whom it is intended

The seminar is intended for controlling specialists and other specialists from financial departments.
