The seminar Enterprise Risk Management is organized as an open seminar for employees from different institutions and also as an in-house seminar organized for employees of clients with tailor made requirements.
The aim of the seminar is to introduce the topic of setting up individual processes in the risk management system. Within the seminar, several key topics will be discussed, especially possible approaches to risk identification, risk measurement, design of risk catalogue and its practical application. Moreover, it will be discussed how to use the risk catalogue in the ongoing management of the company and how to set up internal reporting.
The seminar has been designed for employees of manufacturing companies as well as service companies.
