Operational Risk in Practice
The seminar Operational Risk in Practice is organized as an open seminar for employees from different institutions and also as an in-house seminar organized for employees of clients with tailor made requirements.
Objectives of the seminar
The first part of the seminar covers the overall framework of operational risk - its identification, measurement and management. In the second part, we cover the practical implementation of operational risk management, in particular setting risk appetite, risk governance and training, RCSA and risk mitigation. We will discuss sources of risk as well as examples of risk management tools - key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk scenarios. The seminar will conclude with related topics of third party risk, risk transfer and reputational risk.

The seminar is intended primarily for risk managers and specialists responsible for operational risk, internal auditors and compliance officers.
